Originally released in 2009 on Freestyle Records UK, This Girl features powerhouse vocalist Kylie Auldist and original guitarist Lance Ferguson. The track quickly became a modern soul favourite before exploding globally in 2016 when French DJ Kungs remixed it into a worldwide smash. The "Kungs vs Cookin' On 3 Burners" version hit #1 in over 10 countries, became the world's most Shazammed track of 2016, and has since racked up billions of streams.

With original 7" pressings long sold out and commanding high collector prices, demand for fresh copies has been overwhelming. This Girl returns on vinyl via the band's own imprint Soul Messin' Records.
