How to import a Discogs CSV
Export your Discogs collection as CSV and upload it into your OroShop DJ Library.
Open discogs.com, sign in, and go to your Collection. On the collection page, find the Export action, usually near the collection management tools. Choose CSV because this is the format currently accepted by OroShop DJ Library. Discogs may prepare the export asynchronously and email you a download link.
Download the archive or CSV file and unzip it if Discogs sends a zip. In OroShop, open the library import page and choose a CSV file up to 2 MB. The importer reads music fields such as artist, title, label, catalog number, format, and year. Discogs pricing columns are ignored and are not copied into your private library.
After upload, the system tries to match rows against OroShop releases by Discogs release id, artist, title, label, and catalog number. Matched releases are added or marked as already present. Uncertain rows stay in a review status so the app does not create wrong records. Duplicate rows are counted separately and should not create repeated items.
Raw CSV data is used only to process the import and must not be visible to other users. If the import looks incomplete, check that Discogs exported your Collection rather than your Wantlist. If names include unusual characters, save the file as UTF-8 CSV and try again. For large collections, import in smaller batches so the results are easier to review.
